01マニフェストManifesto
それは、渇望から生まれる響き。祈りから生まれる響き。そしてイエス・キリストにある安息・回復・自由 — JUBILEE を宣言する響きです。
It is a sound born of longing. A sound born of prayer. A sound that proclaims true rest, restoration, and freedom in Jesus Christ — JUBILEE.
旧約聖書レビ記25章。イスラエルでは50年に一度、角笛（ショファル）の音が国中に響きわたると「ヨベルの年」が始まりました。負債はゆるされ、捕らわれていた者は解き放たれ、手放した土地は元の持ち主のもとへ帰る。すべてが、神の意図された本来の姿へと回復される恵みの年 — それがジュビリーです。
Leviticus 25. Once every fifty years, when the sound of the shofar rang out across the land, the Year of Jubilee began in Israel. Debts were forgiven, captives were set free, and land returned to its original owners. A year of grace in which all things were restored to God's original design — that is Jubilee.
そしておよそ二千年前。ナザレの会堂に立ったイエスは、預言者イザヤの巻物を開き、こう宣言されました。
And some two thousand years ago, Jesus stood in the synagogue at Nazareth, opened the scroll of the prophet Isaiah, and declared:
「主の霊がわたしの上にある。貧しい人に良い知らせを伝えるため、主はわたしに油を注ぎ、わたしを遣わされた。捕らわれ人には解放を、目の見えない人には目の開かれることを告げ、虐げられている人を自由の身とし、主の恵みの年を告げるために。」
"The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor."

捕らわれていたものが解き放たれ、失われていたものが回復し、人がもう一度、神の意図されたいのちへと立ち返る。ジュビリーは遠い昔の制度ではなく、イエスにあって今も差し出されている現実です。私たちは、この知らせこそ、今の日本が最も必要としているものだと信じています。
Captives released, what was lost restored, people returning to the life God intended — Jubilee is not an ancient institution but a reality still offered in Jesus. We believe this is the news Japan needs most today.
JUBILEE PROJECT は、日本のワーシップリーダー、ゴスペルシンガー、ミュージシャン、クワイア、そして全国のクリスチャンをひとつに集め、イエスの自由を宣言する賛美の響きを解き放つムーブメントです。教派を越え、世代を越え、スタイルを越えて — ひとつの体として歌うための招きです。
JUBILEE PROJECT gathers Japan's worship leaders, gospel singers, musicians, choirs, and believers across the nation to release a sound of worship that declares the freedom of Jesus — an invitation to sing as one body, beyond denomination, generation, and style.
イエスこそ、日本の希望です。 Jesus is the hope of Japan.
02始まりのストーリーThe Story
このプロジェクトは、伝道者・ゴスペルシンガー・ワーシップリーダーである塩谷達也に与えられた、ひとつのビジョンから始まりました。ゴスペルとワーシップというスタイルの隔たりを越え、大人も学生も、年齢も経験も越えて集い、イエス・キリストにある本当の「安息」「回復」「自由」— ジュビリーを共に歌い、祝う。その光景です。
This project began with a single vision given to Tatsuya Shioya — evangelist, gospel singer, and worship leader: people gathering beyond the divide of gospel and worship, beyond age and experience, to sing and celebrate the true rest, restoration, and freedom found in Jesus Christ — Jubilee, together.
長年教会に仕え、日本のゴスペルシーンを牽引するなかで育まれてきた信頼のネットワーク。青山学院大学の学生礼拝と賛美リーダー育成に関わってきた体験。それを土台に、ワーシップとゴスペル、ふたつのコミュニティの間に橋を架け、世代と世代を結ぶ。ジャンルを越えた賛美を通して、聖霊の火が日本中へ燃え広がっていく — 私たちはそれを心から願っています。
Decades of serving the church and leading Japan's gospel scene have built a network of deep trust, alongside experience supporting student worship and training worship leaders at Aoyama Gakuin University. On that foundation, this vision bridges the worship and gospel communities, binds generation to generation, and longs to see the fire of the Holy Spirit spread across Japan through worship beyond genre.
そしてこのプロジェクトが、リバイバルの火をさらに燃え上がらせる「起爆剤」となり、ビジョンを受け取った一人ひとりが、それぞれの街で次の Jubilee Project を立ち上げていく。それが、私たちの祈りです。
And we pray this project becomes a catalyst — that the fire of revival burns brighter, and that each person who receives this vision raises up the next Jubilee Project in their own city.

国際基督教大（ICU）教養学部卒。黒人文化（African American Studies）研究のためにニューヨーク市立大留学中に、「こんなに上手にゴスペルを歌うアジア人は初めてだ。次は“君の歌”を聴かせてくれ」と言われ「自分の音楽をつくろう！」と決意。帰国後、大学の音楽サークル仲間を中心に「LOVE CIRCUS」を結成する。吉祥寺・下北沢を中心としたライヴ活動が注目を集め、アルバム『LOVE CIRCUS』でインディーズ・デビュー。外資系ショップを中心に好セールスを記録する。
1997年にソニー・レコードと契約し、2枚のマキシ・シングルをリリース。メジャー、インディーズ合わせて4枚のオリジナル・アルバムを発表した。スピリチュアルな歌声を持つシンガーとしてだけでなく、ソングライターとしての独特な世界観も幅広い層から支持されている。1999年から西武コミュニティカレッジで人気講座「塩谷達也のゴスペルワークショップ」の講師を務めるなど、バンド活動と並行してゴスペルの「紹介者」としても活躍。
2001年7月にはレーベル「GOOD NEWS」を設立。アメリカの第一線のR&B／ゴスペル・ミュージシャンをオーガナイズし、7枚のアルバムをリリースした。ゴスペル音楽の魅力とエッセンスを伝える作品は、コアなブラック・ミュージック・ファンだけでなく幅広い音楽ファン層に受け入れられ、ロングセラーとなっている。主宰するウェブサイト「Hush Harbor」はゴスペルに関する資料・情報として高い信頼を得ている。
2003年秋に『ゴスペルの本』を上梓。2005年秋に初の2枚組ソロアルバム『琴音』、2009年に夫婦共作ミニアルバム『主の祈り』、2014年3月に夫婦でのファーストアルバム『YOU SET ME FREE』をリリース。2016年夏には3冊目の著作『ゴスペルのチカラ』を刊行した。2018年1月から聖書のことばを歌ったソングプロジェクト「Morning Songs 朝の歌」を始動。
キリスト教放送局日本FEBCで番組を担当し、日本工学院ミュージックカレッジでも15年以上にわたり音楽講師として学生を育ててきた。現在、青山学院大学のコンテンポラリー礼拝でワーシップディレクターを務め、学生賛美リーダーの育成に努めている。最新作は『Deep Sea～海よりも深く～』。Paz Church伝道師。
A graduate of the College of Liberal Arts at International Christian University, Tatsuya Shioya studied African American Studies at the City University of New York. An encounter there inspired him to create music of his own, and after returning to Japan he formed LOVE CIRCUS with fellow university musicians. The band drew attention on the live scene in Kichijoji and Shimokitazawa before making its independent debut with the album LOVE CIRCUS.
Shioya signed with Sony Records in 1997 and has released four original albums across major and independent labels. Since 1999 he has also served as a leading interpreter and educator of gospel music in Japan, including his popular gospel workshop at Seibu Community College.
In 2001 he founded the GOOD NEWS label, organizing leading American R&B and gospel musicians and releasing seven albums. His books and long-running Hush Harbor website have introduced the history, music and culture of gospel to a broad Japanese audience. His recordings include Kotone, The Lord’s Prayer, YOU SET ME FREE and his latest work, Deep Sea.
He has presented programs for Japan FEBC and taught music students at Nihon Kogakuin Music College for more than fifteen years. He currently serves as Worship Director for contemporary worship at Aoyama Gakuin University, developing student worship leaders, and serves as an evangelist at Paz Church.
